IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Minimum Service Charge: Your laundry is charged based on its recorded weight. If the calculated value of your order is less than  R300, a minimum service charge of R300 will apply.
• Weighing: Laundry is weighed at our premises upon receipt and charges are based on the recorded weight.
• Final Invoice: An invoice reflecting the final charge will be sent to the customer after the laundry has been weighed.
• Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for stain treatment, heavily soiled items, express services or specialised care
• Rejected Orders: If an invoice is rejected after processing has commenced, the minimum service charge of R300 will still apply.
